No/Slow wifi speed problem after Windows 10 Creator Update

I was able to get 200+Mbps wireless connection on my Surface Pro 4 tablet. After upgraded to Windows 10 Creator Update, it works for several hours and then the wifi speed drops to less than 1Mbps and becomes extremely slow. The Ping is OK but the Edge/Firefox/Chrome browser always takes more than 35 seconds to load the webpage, even fail to complete it.
