UAC pop up Exchange activesync policies broker after Windows 10 update

My Surface Pro 3 is running Windows 10 Pro with version 1709, and recently the tablet has upgraded to the Cumulative update v1803. After I log into my desktop, the User Account Control always pops up “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC” dialog box. It refers to Exchange Active Sync Policies Broker, but I never install this program. That happens during my normal use or wake up from sleep mode. How can I resolve the problem? Continue reading

Copy/Modify file A Required Privilege Is Not Held By The client in Windows 10

When I opened the File Explorer and tried to copy or add a file to a root folder , or install any program on my Surface Pro 4 running Windows 10, it poped up the warning “Error 0×80070522: A Required Privilege Is Not Held By The client“.
