Taskbar flashes and Games stutter problem in Windows 10

I have changed to GeForce GTX 1080 Graphics Cards on my Windows 10 computer. The latest version of video driver is installed and most of things run well. However, when I open any folder in File Explorer and then close it, the Taskbar just flashes and desktop refreshes quickly. Windows 10 taskbar flashes and File Explorer crashes in safe mode

I had upgraded my Surface Pro 4 from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 Pro and everything worked fine. However, after installed the Fall Creators Update on my tablet, the taskbar keeps flashing while the File Explorer always crashes randomly. Sometimes it loads normally and I right clicks on a file to rename or performs that by keyboard. Then the window just flashes up blank/green and closes on its own. Cannot Pin Office Outlook/Excel/Word to Windows 10 taskbar

I am using the Outlook for Office for most of the time and would like to pin the Outlook desktop client to my taskbar for accessing it quickly. However, when I right-click on the Outlook icon from my desktop or Start menu, there are only Create New Mail Message, Calendar Entry, etc, while ‘Pin to Taskbar’ option doesn’t appears as other apps. Fix Taskbar freezes after Windows 10 Anniversary update

After I installed the Anniversary update in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3, the taskbar always freezes. I can not open any pinned app or program, and also can not right click it to get the menu. Whenever I plug in/out the 3.5mm audio jack, the taskbar and function keys stops responding and 5 minutes later that returns to normal. Running sfc /scannow command finds no violations and doesn’t take any effects. I have to open the task manager and select the Restart option to get rid of that. Continue reading

Action Center Taskbar missing and grayed out in Windows 10 Setting

After my Surface Pro 3 tablet installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, the Action Center tray icon was missing from taskbar and I could not get quick access to common system settings and app notifications. Windows 10 taskbar lock on top with fullscreen-windows games after Anniversary Update

After my Windows 10 computer has installed the Anniversary Update successfully, the taskbar is locked and becomes visible on top of fullscreen apps. When I am playing the game like LOL or Final Fantasy 14 or other software remote desktop in fullscreen-windowed mode, the taskbar is keeping on top and the running program such as Winamp or Google Hangouts stay over there. That always cause the weird sound glitches and then freeze or BSOD screen. I don’t want to set taskbar to auto-hide. How can I stop it from coming up and resolve the problem? Continue reading
