Blank screen after screen saver in Windows 10 Anniversary upgrade

The screen saver feature can help users avoid the monitor burn-in issues if the same image is showing for a long period of time. I have enabled it in Windows 8.1 on my Surface Pro 4 and everything worked normally. However, after installed the Windows 10 Anniversary upgrade successfully, everytime I wake up from screensaver and keep getting a blank screen and it stuck on there. I have to only use the three fingered salute by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del keys and then Cancel to get it out completely. How can I get rid of that? Continue reading

Windows 10 screen saver timeout reset to 1 minute

I had configured my screen saver waiting time to 30 minutes in Windows 10 and it worked fine. After I powered down the machine then rebooted, the screen saver time kept resetting to 1 minute. I reverted back the setting and that only took afects if I did a restart. The same issues happened on my Desktop computer and oneSurface Pro 3 tablet.
