Cannot open powershell on Windows 10 due to restrictions in effect

I have removed the virus by Eset on my Surface Pro 3 tablet running Windows 10 Fall Creator updates. After restarting the system, I login to my desktop and double click on PowerShell from Start menu. It is not opened and just pops up the “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.” message. Continue reading

Windows Defender Antivirus not scan flash drive in Windows 10 Creators Update

Windows Defender doesn’t scan removable drives by default and you can check the realted option in setting in Windows 8. However, after upgraded to Windows 10 Creators Update, I could not find a way to enable the feature. When I plug flash sticks, USB external drives or SD card in my Surface Pro 4, WD doesn’t scan automatically or is not working during Full Scan to prevent malware and potentially unwanted programs. Replace Powershell with Command Prompt in Start menu Windows 10 Creators Update

I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 Creators Update on my Surface Pro 4 tablet and notice that PowerShell is the default shell. When I right-click the Start button or use Windows + X menu, the new arrival of Powershell is in place of beloved Command Prompt. In File Explorer, I open the File menu or press Shift key and right-click any folder, PowerShell appears as option instead of Command Prompt. Now I would like to restore the CMD. Fix Powershell has stopped working problem in WIndows 10

My Surface Pro 3 tablet ran Extremely slow and the app couldn’t be opened, so I went to clear and reset Store Cache in Windows 10 Pro by following a tutorial. However, I opened the Powershell to execute the command and got the “Powershell Has Stopped Working” error at the prompt command line.
