How to cut/trim or split video into multiple parts in Windows 10

I have used my smartphone’s camera to shoot movies about my family and transfer those files onto my Surface Pro 3. The tablet has been upgraded to Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. Some videos are very large or get a few black frames, and I need the professional documentary production to deal with them. I don’t want to install any third-party program. How to disable Delete confirmation dialogue in Photos app on Windows 10

I am a professional photographer and have stored all of my taken photos on my Surface pro 3 tablet for years. Now I would like to deal with many pictures in Windows 10. When I open the built-in photo application and try to remove some of them, it is very annoying that it promptes if you want to delete the photo every time. How to Print multiple photos on one sheet in Windows 10

I have the old Photo Viewer on my Windows 7 computer and it is easy to use. However, after upgrade to Windows 10 anniversary update, I could not figure out how to pick up and print multiple photos on one sheet. Now I would like to deal with 2 or more items in photo app to have four 3 x 6 photos on one page. I don’t want to print one photo per page for my projects. Any way to resolve the problem? Open photo/video with The wait operation timed out error in Windows 10

I used the old photo viewer in Windows 8.1 without any problem, but it kept getting error after my Surface Pro 3 tablet upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. When I tried to open a picture of any img type such as png, jpeg, jpg using the new built-in photo app, it showed “The wait operation timed out” message and stopped working while sometimes took onger to load. Windows 10 Photos app No readable photos, videos or folders found

I have added my Google Drive pictures into the OneDrive\Pictures folder which is set as the location for “This PC\Pictures” folder of the Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3 tablet. Within the Photos app, all photos showed up fine in Collection and Albums views. However, when I changed to folder view, there was not anything and it said “No readable photos, videos, or folders found.” message. Continue reading

Pictures.library-ms is no longer working. This library can be safely deleted from your computer

When I try to access my photos from photo app on my Windows 8 Pro computer, it shows error message Error: “Pictures.library-ms is no longer working. This library can be safely deleted from your computer. Folders that have been included will not be affected” while accessing Pictures Library.” But I haven’t do anything with the library and webcam doesn’t take any pictures. Are my documents gone? Picture Library windows cannot access the specified device, path or file

I was able to open Photo library on my Windows 8 laptop and everythnig worked fine. Today when I try to access individual Pictures Library in the Photos App, it shows error “Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You many not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”. My other windows 8 computer also get the same issues. Continue reading
