Blank Outlook Tile with blue square in Windows RT 8.1 Start screen

Everything worked fine until I installed the most recent March 2014 update on my Surface RT 8.1. I hadn’t made any changes with the configuration of Office 2013, but the Outlook tile was blank and label disappeared. It just becomed a solid blue square with no logo icon picture. The Outlook software doesn’t have any issues in the taskbar on the desktop. Then I restarted my tablet, removed the live tile and re-pined it from “All Apps” section and that’s no avail.
