Hyper-V Management machines fails to start in Windows 10

I had enabled the Hyper-v in Windows 10 Enterprise and created a virtual machine on my Surface pro 4 tablet. With the latest version of 1703 updates applied, the client fails to start with error “Hyper-V encountered an error trying to access an object on computer “localhost” because the object was not found.” The Virtualization function has been already turned on in BIOS screen. How to use F8 key to boot hyper-v VM into safe mode on Windows 10

I have enabled the Hyper-V feature in Windows 10 and created a Windows 7 virtual machine. I need to boot VM into safe mode for troubleshooting issues, but could not find a way to get that. Hyper-V Virtual Machine not working in Windows 10 Creators Update

I had enabled the Hyper-V in Control Panel and created a new Virtual Machine on my Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10. Everything worked fine since installed the Creators Update. When I try to boot up my already vms, Hyper-V is not working at all and shows the 0xC0000428 error message “VM-NAME failed to start. or VM NAME failed to change state.” Then I go to create a new VM and still face the same problem.
