Windows 10 Mail App not displaying Sender Pictures from message

I use the built-in Mail app in Windows 10 Enterprise version on my Surface Pro 4 and it worked fine since the recent updates. All embedded pictures are replaced by a small X icon and don’t display anymore in the email message from my friends. It alters “The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted.” I test my POP and corporate accounts and they are not visible. If I use the same account on other PC, they are fine. How can I resolve the problem? The send to mail link shortcut is broken in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3 tablet and I have installed a part of Microsoft Office suite Outlook app. When I right clicked on a file or picuture to send attachments in the File Explorer and choosed Send To > Mail Recipient from context menu, a error message “There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Fix Windows 10 send to mail recipient not working

I had setup my Gmail account correctly to work through the built-in mail software in Windows 7 Ultimate and I was able to right click a file and got the send to mail recipient option in the menu. However, after my computer is upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, such function no longer works and the error message “There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.” appears if I try to “save and send” from within Word, Excel and PDF. I have upgraded my tablet to Windows 8.1 from 8 and keep getting such problem. When my friends send pictures to me and I open the build-in Mail app to save it, I click in “This PC” and get “There are no files or folders in this view“. I can click other options such as homegroup, and network, but can’t search and access any files and folders in any internal drives to attach on e-mails.
