Windows 10 Bluetooth Dongle adapter missing in device manager

I have used a USB Bluetooth 4.0 Dongle Adapter in Windows 8.1 tablet without any problem. However, after upgraded to Windows 10 fall creator update, the bluetooth function is not working while the applied driver is compatible. I open the Action Center and Device Manager and notice that the related device is also missing, so I could not re-enable it and pair device. How can I resolve it? Continue reading

Fix Windows 10 not generate passcode for bluetooth keyboard to pair

I had fresh installed the Windows 10 with manufacturer’s drivers on my Surface Pro 4 tablet and my Rapoo e6100 bluetooth keyboard worked fine. After applying the KB3139907 and KB3140768 through Windows update, the bluetooth keyboard stuck at “paired” screen and sometimes become detectable. The popular Bluetooth technology can wirelessly transfer data between two devices, such as your PC, smartphone, a speaker, mouse and keyboard. I was able to pair my Altec Lansing MZX300 headphones in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 4 tablet, but it just becomes not connecting after Creators Update. The device stays in discoverable mode, and I click on Connect option in the Action Center and nothing happens. Then I test it with my Android phone and it is normal. How can I resolve the problem? Bluetooth headphones not detect/working with Windows 10 Creators Update

I used a ATH-S700BT (Audio-Technica) bluetooth Headphones in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit without any problem. After installed the Creators update, the system creates a list of about 20 Unknown devices, and doesn’t detect it by the correct name through “Add a device” wizard. I try others and it still can not find and connect with various bluetooth devices, with No pairing and no option to turn Bluetooth on/off. Fix Bluetooth icon/settings missing in Windows 10 after Anniversary Update

I was able to transfer photo files from smartphone to my Windows 10 laptop through Bluetooth function. After installing the recent Anniversary Update, the Bluetooth icon disappeared on the taskbar and the related option was missing in the settings app. Running Hardware and Device troubleshooter was still not working at all and I can not figure out how to fix the issue. Fix Please uninstall current Bluetooth installation before continuing in Windows 10

I use a Bluetooth LG Tone HBS-700 headset to listen to music from my Windows 8.1 laptop without any problem. After upgraded to Windows 10 Pro, the system removed the ThinkPad Bluetooth with Enhanced Data Rate Software and made it not working. Cannot turn off Bluetooth in Windows 10 setting

I had upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to 10 and got the issue after resetting the system. I couldn’t toggle Bluetooth off and it always turned on and the switch never appeared, even change into AIRPLANE MODE. Cannot Remote Control music from phone to Windows 8.1

I can stream the music from my Samsung Galaxy S6 Android phone onto my ultrabook installed the Windows 7 and all remote control functions are supported, such as play, pause and skip, even show artist and the track title. However, when I tried to do that on my Surface pro 3 tablet, it didn’t allow me to perform the same function. Cannot Bluetooth Send/Receive Files in Windows 8.1

I have upgraded my computer to Windows 8.1 Pro from 8 but get problems in wirelessly exchanging files with mobile. When I try to use bluetooth to transfer pictures and video to my Android phone, it is fail. The same problem also happens with receiving files. Fix BsSDK.dll is missing from computer in Windows 8

I have a HP desktop computer running Windows 8 Pro. Everytime I run outlook email program or do a Refreshed, the system pops up the error message “BtTray.exe – System Error. The program can’t start because BsSDK.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.” Close it and the issue seems to be gone.
