I have created and setup my IMAP email account in Outlook 2013 version on Windows 10 Pro and it worked well. I upgrade it to Office 2016 successfully and then open a PDF file and get IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Stop Error screen, and that cause the system restart on my Surface Pro 4 tablet. When I try to launch Microsoft Outlook 2016 again, the desktop client is stuck at the Loading Profile stage in blue splash screen and doesn’t open itself. Word/Excel File is locked for editing/in use on Windows 10

I had installed Office 2013 version (not the web application) on my Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10, and setup Homegroup to share file documents with full permissions for other PCs. Today when I try to make change with a Microsoft Excel .xlsx file from there and it just popped up “File is locked for editing/in use. File is locked for editing by another user. I have installed Office Home and Business 2010 in Windows 10 Enterprise, and pressing Alt+Tab keys to toggle to the previous screen or go through the thumbnail screens really saves a lot of time.
