Close button minimizes Outlook 2016/2013 to keep running in background

When I click on the red X button, the Skype app will be minimized and stay on the task bar. But the feature is not working with Office 2016 in Windows 10. Outlook 365/2016 calendar reminders not popping up in Windows 10

I have upgraded my Office suite to 2016 version in Windows 10 computer. When I start using the Outlook 2016, I notice that the calendar reminders don’t pop up and other function are fine. Cannot Insert Hyperlink Outlook/Word crashes in Windows 10 Creators Update

I have used office 2016 version in Windows 10 anniversary update without any problem until my Surface Pro 3 is upgraded to Creators Update. Everytime I highlight text in email and press Ctrl+K then paste the URL in the insert hyperlink dialogue box, the Outlook program freezes and crashes. It also happen when I insert a video from youtube by imbed code option or hyperlinks in Powerpoint. That always lose any unsaved changes on those document files. Continue reading

Office 365 not activate error 0xC004B100 in Windows 10 Creator Update

I purchased Office365 Home subscription with more than a year to go and the installation was activated a month ago in Windows 10. After I upgraded my Surface Pro 4 to Creators Update, the Microsoft Office 365 app keeps prompting me for activation again. However, when I input a valid product key, it displays an error “We’re sorry something went wrong and we can’t do this for you right now. Please try again later (0x8004FC12)” message. so I could not open and use any of the programs such as Word, Excel. There is no hardware/name change or workgroup join on my tablet. Fix Onedrive for business crashes in Windows 10 Creator update

I am unable to use Office Onedrive for Business to sync files in an additional sharepoint library after installing the Windows 10 Creators Update on my Surface pro 4. When I try to run the app, it keeps crashing and won’t start up. Sometimes Onedrive quits by itself after a few seconds and then restarts in this cycle. How to auto-refresh your mail inbox in Outlook 2016/2013

The Office Outlook 2016 won’t update new messages in my inbox unless I manually click on the refresh option or Press F9 from keyboard. That always happen when I worked offline for a short time, so my messages aren’t received quickly and I get some delay in the time. Add to my OneDrive option missing in OneDrive Cannot download shared Folder

I have installed OneDrive for business with Office 365 in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 4 tablet. Others has sent me the link of the shared files/folders via email but the “Add to my OneDrive” option is missing with multiple shared folders on the web, no matter using Edge, IE or Chrome browser. Lync/Skype Presence not showing or missing in Outlook 2016/2013

I have installed Mitel MiCollab Client and Skype in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 4 tablet. When I open the Office Outlook 2016 software, I notice that it doesn’t show up the Presence Icons, such as the skype for business status, Green, Red squares beside names).
