Improve OneDrive slow upload files speed in Windows 10

I use OneDrive app in my daily workflow on my Surface Pro 3 tablet, but the speed become very slowly and I always takes a long time to upload data. The 1.5Gbit folder syncing process is at 360kB/sec speed and I have 2Mb upload bandwidth. OneDrive app also can not deal with big files, so I try the website for uploading 9gb of files through HTTP in Edge, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 11. Fix Windows 8.1 Diagnostics Policy Service is not Running

I was unable to conntect to the internet over WiFi on my Surface pro 3 tablet running Windows 8.1 64-bit, even try manually connecting using the ethernet cable. But other wireless devices like laptops and iPhones work well. After I performed the built-in Troubleshooter and then the Network Adapter of All Categories option, the result showed the message “The Diagnostics Policy Service is not running, click to run as an administrator. error 5″ and it failed to fix the problem. Windows 8.1 Wifi Service causes High CPU Usage

My tablet running the Windows 8.1 worked fast and recently heats up and the system becomes slow. In the task manager, I notice that the “Windows Wireless LAN 802.11 Extensibility Framework” causes high CPU usage (nearly 50% of processing power) and the fan keeps running. No Find Devices and Content option in Windows 8.1 Network setting

After upgraded my computer from Windows 8 to 8.1, the system assigns a new wifi networks as public automatically. When I access the Network Connections listed in PC Settings, there is no “Find Devices and Content” option under all my various network adapters. So I am unable to change the profile of the active connection to Private or Public. My PC in a Homegroup doesn’t connect to a domain network and I only use WiFi router. XBox One SmartGlass app not connecting on Surface Pro 2 error 0x8000001F

I have got a new Xbox one and would like to turn my tablet into a second screen for enhancing movies. After setting it up and installing the SmartGlass App on Surface Pro 2, I am attempting to connect to the Xbox and keep getting the error:
