Windows Defender msmpeng.exe high CPU/memory usage in Windows 10

I have never installed third-part security program in Windows 10 Pro on my Surface Pro 3. Everything worked fine since the recent updates version 1803. Sometimes the tablet becomes unusable and the applications keeps crashing with out of memory errors. Within the Task Manager, the Antimalware Service Executable msmpeng.exe process uses huge amounts of ram and CPU usage. Enable System Protection by Command Prompt to restore Windows 10

My Windows 10 computer runs into the startup loop process and is stuck in a CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED Blue screen. I would like to get rid of that by using a system restore point, but it is not working. Task Manager showing empty processes list in Windows 10

My Surface Pro 3 tablet runs the Windows 10 Pro. I always use the Office word, Edge browser and the weather app. However, after installed the recent update v1803, the system gets into the strange problem. I right click on taskbar to open the Task manager, and notice that it doesn’t show any process, running apps and current users. I click View > Refresh Now and the list of processes is still empty. My Windows 10 computer is connnected with three monitors. They are hooked up through two separate video cards and plugged into their own power strip. The main display is for study by displayport and a second one is on HDMI at 144Hz for gaming. Pinned Apps icons invisible from taskbar in Windows 10 v1803

I have already pinned some icons to my taskbar in Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3. After I install the recent update version v1803 and click any one to open it, they become invisible and there are only the space with the line. That takes effect with the calculator, Edge borwser, and settings apps. I run the sfc and DISM commands but nothing works. I could not find a way to restore the icons. How can I resolve the problem? Cannot install iCLoud Your computer is missing Media features in Windows 10

I have downloaded the full version of iCloud package onto my desktop. When I try to install the software to sync Apple’s cloud storage, it pops up “Your computer is missing Media features, Please download Media Feature Pack for Windows from Microsoft website and install and try again” message. Windows 10 Mail App not displaying Sender Pictures from message

I use the built-in Mail app in Windows 10 Enterprise version on my Surface Pro 4 and it worked fine since the recent updates. All embedded pictures are replaced by a small X icon and don’t display anymore in the email message from my friends. It alters “The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted.” I test my POP and corporate accounts and they are not visible. If I use the same account on other PC, they are fine. How can I resolve the problem?
