Fix Taskbar transparency not working after Windows 10 fall update

It is no way to get Taskbar transparency working after I install the windows 10 Fall Creator’s Update 1803. Within the Settings app, I went to Personalisation > Colors, and the “Allow transparency effects” feature is turned on. That also happened with start menu and action center. I switched the option off and on then nothing worked. To get rid of that temporarily, I have to open the Task Manager and restart EXPLORER.EXE process. But it will come back again after restart. How can I resolve the problem?

The Windows 10 update like v1803 or v1708 can mess up my the display and other settings. If the translucent objects are not working normally, you could try any of the tips to fix the issue.
In Fall Creator’s Update, you could change the related registry key to get the transparent Start menu.
* Press Win + R from your keyboard, type regedit.exe into Run dialog box, and click OK button
* Within to open the Registry Editor, under the HKEY_CURRENT_USER folder, navigate to the sub-folder below:

and then select the Personalize folder.
* Go to its right side pane, double click on the EnableTransparency, and set its value data from 1 to 0.
Removing a task scheduler
* Type Control Panel into Start menu, and press Enter.
* Click on the Administrative Tools > Task Scheduler.
* From the Task lists, locate the CreateExplorerShellUnelevatedTask and disable it completely. Then make a rebooting to check if the transparency is restored.
By built-in software
* Type “Calibrate Display Color” in Cortana search box or Start menu, and and select the matched one from result. The tool is located in the Control Panel.
* Then use the Calibrate tool to make translucent objects appear transparent and more opaque in the display.
If the above methods don’t take effect, go to reinstall default Windows 10 apps.
* Right click on Start button, and select Powershell(Admin) option.
* Type the command below in PowerShell:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

and press Enter to execute it.
