Cortana Song unrecognized and not identify Groove music in Windows 10

I was able to use Cortana to play music from Groove or Windows Media Player on my Surface Pro 3. Recently I press the little icon on the top of interface to recognize the playing song. However, it doesn’t identify from its library and show the error “song unrecognized on this service is retired. Music continues”. I have installed the Fall Creator update Version 1709. Cannot adjust sound/volume level in taskbar on Windows 10 1709 update

My Surface Pro 3 tablet has installed the Windows 10 update February 2018. I listen to music via built-in speakers and the sound is very loud for me, so I go to adjust it. I hover over volume icon on task bar to get the current volume level. However, when I use bluetooth mouse left click or right click on it, the volume control mixer launcher doesn’t pop up and the system freezes for seconds. Windwos 10 Lock screen miss Spotlight Like what you see option

I have enabled the Windows Spotlight feature to show the Bing images on my Surface Pro 4. After installed the fall creators update version 1709 and executed the DISM command, the Windows 10 lock screen doesn’t display different backgrounds daily which I like. It just show the same picture correctly. I could not tap the Spotlight voting button to vote the picture of the day, because it is missing. Disabling the CTRL+ALT+DEL at sign in don’t take effect. Windows 10 tablet/laptop cannot shut down after Fall Creator Update

By default I open the Start menu, click on Power option and select the Shut Down button to power down my Windows 10 tablet normally. However, after my Surface Pro 3 install the Fall Creator Update 1709, it is not working at all. When I have already browsed some webpages in Microsoft Edge and do that, it says “one app is still running.” message, and run into a black screen for seconds then roll back to the login screen. My Surface Pro 3 tablet is running the Windows 10 Fall Creators update 1709 version. After I apply the 2018-02 cumulative update KB074588 and then wake the device from sleep mode, the USB mouse, flash drive and type cover keyboard are not working. I investigate that the related driver have been missing and conflict with others. To get rid of that quickly, I decide to restore to a earlier point which backup with most apps. Continue reading

My Surface Pro 3 has applied the Critical Update KB4023057 in Windows 10 Fall Creators update 1709 version. After I make changes with my current power plan and restart, the system runs into Operating System not Found and stuck at an Inaccessible Boot Drive error.
