Fix NisSrv.exe High cpu/memory usage in Windows 10 Fall creator update

I have upgraded my Surface Pro 4 tablet to Windows 10 Fall creators update 1709 build. After I use the Edge browser to view webpage and open Email app, the system becomes slowly and sometime the UI is almost fully unresponsible. Within the Task Manager, I notice that the NisSrv.exe process/service takes up to 2Gb of a commit memory and eat with about 250 kb per second. Windows 10 won’t sleep after fall creators update

I have upgraded my Windows 10 notebook to the recent Fall Creators update (1709), but I am unable to put the system into sleep mode. In the morning I open it up and get a blue screen with “needs repair” on boot. Because the system won’t go to sleep or wake up, and the battery life drain down to 0% level. Windows 8.1 mouse cursor disappears after clean install

I have purchased a notebook laptop and it is pre-installed the Windows 10 Home version. I perfect to use the previous operating system, so I download the ISO file of Windows 8.1 version and burn it on flash drive.
