Fix Chrome browser not open/working in Windows 10 Creators update

I had used Edge and Google Chrome browsers in Windows 10 Pro on my Surface Pro 4 without any problem. However, after upgrade to Creators update on my tablet, the latest version of Chrome just hangs on opening and stuck at there. I try to uninstall and re-install the software and nothing happens. Microsoft compatibility telemetry 100% disk usage problem in Windows 10

I have installed the Anniversary Update on my Windows 10 computer and today the system displays the “Too many apps slowing down the computer” notification. I open task manager and notice that the Microsoft Compatibility Telemetry service takes up about 90% of the disk usage and causes constant fully 100% disk usage all the time. I purchased Office365 Home subscription with more than a year to go and the installation was activated a month ago in Windows 10. After I upgraded my Surface Pro 4 to Creators Update, the Microsoft Office 365 app keeps prompting me for activation again. However, when I input a valid product key, it displays an error “We’re sorry something went wrong and we can’t do this for you right now. Please try again later (0x8004FC12)” message. so I could not open and use any of the programs such as Word, Excel. There is no hardware/name change or workgroup join on my tablet. Wallpaper Engine video wallpaper not working in Windows 10 Creators Update

Wallpaper Engine software allows you to use live wallpapers on your Windows desktop, including 3D and 2D animations, websites, videos and certain applications, and supports for multi monitor environments and 16:9, 21:9, 16:10, 4:3 resolutions. I had created an own custom wallpaper that contains a video and it ran fine in Anniversary Update. After installed the Creators Update on my tablet, the video is broken and Wallpaper Engine is not working for that with a c00d36b4 error message. Windows 10 This PC has been reset but some personal files were not removed

I had installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Update 1607 version on my computer and everything worked fine for months. Now I would like to completely fresh all my files on the system to wipe the hard drive. After I open the Settings app and click on “Reset This PC” button under Recovery, the reset process runs for a while and then fails with the error message “This PC has been reset, but some personal files were not removed.” I go inside the root drive and my personal files and installed apps are still there. Bluetooth headphones not detect/working with Windows 10 Creators Update

I used a ATH-S700BT (Audio-Technica) bluetooth Headphones in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit without any problem. After installed the Creators update, the system creates a list of about 20 Unknown devices, and doesn’t detect it by the correct name through “Add a device” wizard. I try others and it still can not find and connect with various bluetooth devices, with No pairing and no option to turn Bluetooth on/off. Windows Defender Realtime protection couldn’t be turned on after Windows 10 Creator Update

My Surface Pro 3 hasn’t installed any third-party antivirus in Windows 10 so I use the Windows Defender for protection. After the tablet is upgraded to Creator Update, I let it run a full scan overnight. Today the system becomes was unresponsive and I have to hard power it off completely and then power it up again. However, I notice that the Real-time protection switch is set to turn off in Windows Defender Security Center setting with the error “Real-time protection couldn’t be turned on.
