Fix Windows 10 search service not running/working

I am unable to seach from the Start menu and it no longer returns the results correctly after my Surface Pro 3 is upgraded to Windows 10, except in Settings, Web, and some default programs. I notice that Windows Search service is stopped in services.msg. When I try to start service, it shows the error message “Windows could not start the Windows Search service on Local Computer. Error15: The system cannot find the drive specified.” Running the sfc /scannow command and Troubleshooting and nothing happens. How can I resolve the problem?
