Fix Windows 10 Edge and Taskbar frozen/hangs problem

I used a local accountt to login into system on my Windows 10 computer and everything worked fine. However, I noticed that the taskbar always freezed or hung after a few minutes, while the Microsoft Edge also didn’t not come up and became completely unresponsive. Applications from the taskbar were inaccessible, even the clock was stuck to. I pressed Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys and select restart or logout option and it only showed the spinning circle, so I had to press power button to do a hard reset. How can I fix the issues? Windows 10 We can’t create a recovery drive

Windows 10 Mail app your Outlook account settings are out of date

My Surface Pro 3 with i5 processor ran Windows 8.1 and everything worked fine. After upgraded the tablet to Windows 10 OS, I launched the new Mail or Calendar app and it kept showing the error message ” Your Outlook account settings are out of date.”, as well as the same notification also poped up in the Action Center at the bottom right side of the desktop.
