Windows 8.1 Wifi Service causes High CPU Usage

My tablet running the Windows 8.1 worked fast and recently heats up and the system becomes slow. In the task manager, I notice that the “Windows Wireless LAN 802.11 Extensibility Framework” causes high CPU usage (nearly 50% of processing power) and the fan keeps running. Fix Windows 8.1 HDMI output not working to HDTV issues

I had got a laptop integrated NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M and Intel HD GPU, and everything worked fine on Windows 8. However, I am unable to connect it to a LG HDTV through the HDMI ports after upgrading to Windows 8.1 OS.
