Blank Outlook Tile with blue square in Windows RT 8.1 Start screen

Everything worked fine until I installed the most recent March 2014 update on my Surface RT 8.1. I hadn’t made any changes with the configuration of Office 2013, but the Outlook tile was blank and label disappeared. It just becomed a solid blue square with no logo icon picture. The Outlook software doesn’t have any issues in the taskbar on the desktop. Then I restarted my tablet, removed the live tile and re-pined it from “All Apps” section and that’s no avail. Windows 8.1 invisible mouse pointer on dual monitors with docking station

My Surface Pro has been installed Windows 8.1 correctly but the mouse behaves strangely with dual screen. When I use Targus USB 3.0 Video Docking Station to connect my tablet to the second monitor Dell UltraSharp U2312HM which has native 1920×1080 resolution, the mouse arrow is invisible and disappears. Windows 8.1 Mail/SkyDrive there are no files or folders in this view

I have upgraded my tablet to Windows 8.1 from 8 and keep getting such problem. When my friends send pictures to me and I open the build-in Mail app to save it, I click in “This PC” and get “There are no files or folders in this view“. I can click other options such as homegroup, and network, but can’t search and access any files and folders in any internal drives to attach on e-mails.
