Fix/Repair a Scratched Screen on Surface Pro/RT

As a fantastic touch device, the Surface screen is very sensitive and easy to be scratched. I have used a stylus for digital art and today I notice there is a barely noticeable hairline. When I draw in the regions, I feel the slight catch and the scratch catches are slightly distortion and sometimes make it un-response. Any suggestions provide the simple, free and cost-effective solutions to fix or repair them basically?

* Surface Pro/RT tablet equips with a coating that is scratch resistant by default. The best way is to buy and apply the Zagg Invisible Shield screen protector.
* Unplug all connected cables and power down your device.
Find a lint-free cloth and dampen it lightly. When the water don’t drip from there, carefully wipe the scratched area especially.
Then grab another dry lint-free cloth to clean the screen gently.
* If the above method is not working and you have a long crack, you’d beeter make a replacement.
