Angry Birds OpenGL 2.0 renderer not supported in Windows 8

Angry Birds is not working on my Windows 8 Pro computer. When I try to launch the angry birds to play game, it shows these error messages
OpenGL 2.0 is not supported. OpenGL 1.4 renderer not supported! Reason OpenGL 1.3 is not supported.” There is no way to get rid of the error. Try to uninstall it and reinstall it but still get the same problem.

The Angry Birds app, developed by Rovio, comes with some known common issues. You can try the following tips to fix the OpenGL renderer not supported issues in Windows 8.

* Make sure the graphics driver is up to date.
Download the latest graphics driver to install it. Open Device Manager, double-click the Display Adapters to expand. Then right-click on the graphics card name and choose Update Driver Software.
* Right-click on any empty area from the desktop mode. Select “Properties” from the context menu, go to Settings tab > Advanced button > Troubleshoot tab, change the “Hardware acceleration” from None to other setting.
