I am moving to Office 2013 and the Outlook 2013 app keeps crashing on my Windows 8 computer. I need to backup user’s .pst files. There are many other files in outlook, such as rules, pop3 configs, signatures. Is there an add-in or third party software/tool to automatically backup the Local user defined folder/file name within the Personal.pst?
I haven’t found any Microsoft utility or add-in to backup PST file for Outlook 2013. The “My Documents” store all pst and you can use Batch (.bat) file to copy the pst file while outlook closed.
Copy one of the commands to notepad, save with ***.bat as the file extension and then double click to apply it.
* Move to a new location (it will overwrite existing file).

* Copy other Outlook support files
