Fix Windows 8 the computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

I have a PC running Windows 8 Pro 64-bit and Surface Pro tablet. When I try to wake up the computer from sleep mode, it is unresponsive and I have to have a hard reboot to come back. But then the system encounters an error and sends the report to Microsoft. So I take the time to dig into the Event Viewer and get the error “The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f
(0×00000003, 0x858c8c18, 0x87f9cb40, 0x858a02c0). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\”. How to fix the Windows 8 issues?

* Press the Windows + W key from the keyboard, type command in the search box and press enter.
* Right-click command prompt from result and select “Run as administrator”
* Type “powercfg -h on” (without quotes) command and hit enter to enable hibernate mode. Then restart your computer or tablet. Everything should works without problem.
