Thumbnail Previews not showing on Windows 8 Pro

When I browse my photos and videos by file explorer and change the view type to thumbnails on my Windows 8 Pro computer, the Thumbnail Previews won’t show up for files and folders. How can I get it working?

* Swipe in from the right, tap Search, type sysdm.cpl in RUN and press Enter.
In System Properties, Go to Advanced tab > under Performance section, click on “Settings”.
Check “Show thumbnails instead of icons” and then OK button.
* Other method through Folder options.
Click Organize in Windows Explorer > Folder and search options > Go to View tab and uncheck “Always show icons, never thumbnails” option to disable the feature.
