Empty Windows 8 Recycle Bin In all Users on Surface Pro

If you have setup and used more than one User Accounts on your Surface Pro tablet or Windows 8 computer, it is difficult to remove the files in Recycle Bin. You have to log into other account and make that Recycle Bins to be Emptied and repeat that for next user.

How to force Empty Windows 8 Recycle Bin In all Users on Surface Pro with a few simple method
* Swipe in from the right edge of start screen, tap Search and type Command. Right-clcik on Command Prompt in the result and select “Run as Administrator”.
* Type the Command below into the Window
rd /s c:\$Recycle.Bin
And then press Enter. If your D disk is main Drive, use “rd /s D:\$Recycle.Bin”
Type Y when it ask “Are you sure ?” and hit Enter.
* The command For Windows 7 or Server 2008: rd /s c:\$Recycle.Bin
For Windows XP or Server 2003: rd /s c:\recycler
