Transfer Android Apps to Windows RT

I have almost used an android-based tablet for two years and made many purchases for apps and games. Now I am using a Microsoft Surface RT and wondering if there is a way to transfer those same purchases to my App store on Windows RT. So I don’t need to repurchase them.

No. The market is competitive. There is no agreements to allow licenses to be transferable to other platforms in the place between the likes of Google, Microsoft and Apple.

Bluestacks software will be released in 2013. The Surface app allows the use of Android apps in Windows RT.
